Have you heard the "ITIL" buzz word and want to know more? Are you interested in ITIL and how it could benefit your organization?
If you answered "yes" ... then today is your lucky day! You are invited to participate in one of the upcoming ITIL v3 Foundations courses that Wake Forest University will offer.
The course will introduce the five ITIL v3 lifecycle books: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement. It will culminate in the ITIL Foundations exam, an exam with 95% pass rate for people who have gone through the training.
If you would like to read more about the exam, you can see information and a syllabus at the EXIN web site. The course will result in a shared vocabulary to describe your services amongst your colleagues.
Groups are welcome to attend. The class will also enable you to identify some service management "best practices" that might be helpful in making your IT services better… and your lives easier.
Class attendees must qualify for an academic discount by being staff, faculty, or students at a higher education institution.
Daily Class Time: 8:30 AM-5 PM
Fee: $600 per person (academic institution representative discount)
Location: Wake Forest University (specific location to follow)
If you are interested in lodging, please see the University's conference hotel information. The Clarion Collection Hotel is particularly close to the Corporate Center.
