"IT Service Management" is a term to describe "best practice," process-centric views of Information Technology. Frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 20000 provide guidance on how IT departments can implement best practices.

This web site exists to help Universities interpret these best practices, and to help Universities learn from one anothers' experience in implementing IT Service Management best practices.
