2009 EDUCAUSE SE Presentations

Three presentations submitted by Wake Forest University IS staff have been selected for the 2009 EDUCAUSE SE Conference in Atlanta, GA on June 1-3:

“Sustainable Governance: Transforming IT from an oral to a written culture” will be presented by John Borwick and Jim Love discussing the value of establishing a formalized management process for departmental governing documents.

“Creating a Change Advisory Board” will also be lead by Love and Borwick detailing the decisions and obstacles associated with starting a Change Advisory Board. The presentation will review the evolution of the CAB during its first year of existence.

“Agile Software Development: We be Scrummin” will be presented by Wake Forest University IS staff members Kristine Giannelli and Jonathan Adams as well as staff from Georgia Tech and NC Central University involved with Scrum, an agile software development methodology.
